01/22 Dinner : Twice Cooked Pork


Pan decided to cook tonight. This is a very rare event. The few times she does cook, it is always good, so I was very excited. Her specialty is Japanese comfort food. Tonight however was more of a asian fusion.

Sliced pork belly...Mmmm...Pork Fat...[drool]...is sauteed with chopped cabbage and sliced green bell pepper, then cooked in a black bean, chili paste and garlic sauce. This was served with steamed Japanese short grain rice.
