02/05 Dinner : Pan Grilled Ribeye


Sometimes I just crave red meat. Tonight was such a time. I kept it simple. Fresh cracked pepper and sea salt, pan grilled to a medium rare...rare, then topped with a bit of unsalted butter as the ribeye was resting on the cutting board. The side dishes were roasted sweet potato and parsnip spears and par-boiled broccoli. Quick and simple weekday meal.
