Pan Cooks : Hanbaagu
I am always excited when Pan decides to cook. Pan is a wonderful cook. She just doesn't cook very often or often enough in my opinion. Japanese comfort food is her specialty.
Tonight was Hanbaagu with Oven Roasted Asaparagus topped with a Diakon Dressing. This was served with a Mixed Green Salad topped with Walnuts and Smoked Gouda and Steamed Organic Short Grain Rice.
