West Miss East

Its always during Fall that I miss living on the East Coast. We do not get much of a seasonal change in southern California. It does get cooler but not real cold. I miss the changing of the leaves, the smell from the fire place. With Fall also comes...Thanksgiving. Hmmmm Maple & Honey brined Turkey stuffed with Sage, Onion and Ganny Smith Apples, Cornbread Stuffing, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes topped with Turkey Giblet Gravy...man, whatever I have for dinner tonight is going to suck.
